Job Purpose/Description:

• Apple MAC OSX skills
• Proven Tier 3 expertise in Desktop and Laptop hardware.
• Proven Tier 3 knowledge of desktop software packaging.
• Experience in deployment
• Wi-Fi

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing support for desktop incidents and problems on Mac machines.
• Develops and implements infrastructure solutions in support of the desktop environment that provide value-added services .

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
