eGRC Business Analyst -White Plains, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate requirement workshops to gather business requirements by interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and conduct analysis for application development
• Document, analyze, and validate business requirements for new solutions and enhancements to existing ones
• Work with the project stakeholders and IT managers for customization and support of the eGRC system built on the RSA Archer platform
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create deliverables in different phases of the project life-cycle by decomposing functionality into a use cases and business rules
• Produce business requirement document (BRD), functional specifications and business process flows
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams and creating system mockup screens
• Identify and evaluate the impact of change requests within the business application and all upstream and downstream systems
• Configure solutions in the eGRC system built on the RSA Archer 6.x platform using field creation, layouts, access controls, data-driven events, Advanced Workflow features, calculations
• Build workspaces, dashboards, and reports
• Develop a testing strategy and create test cases and test plans
• Conduct functional testing
• Track defects and enhancement requests
• Conduct user acceptance testing, user training and troubleshoot production incidents
• Migrate solutions and enhancements to the production instance
• Provide production support for global users operating in various geographies
• Perform day-to-day responsibilities including content and user administration, automating processes, ensuring that appropriate system controls are in place and operating effectively and integrating new authoritative sources into the control library if required

Preferred Skills:

• The candidate should have strong knowledge of GRC configuration / workflow activities, and experience in the areas of IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT operational procedures and best practices
• Experience with all aspects of RSA Archer solutions (or similar tool) development including screen design, data fields, calculations, workflows and integrations
