Job Description:

- L2 Production Support experience (with SQL, UNIX, Oracle PL/SQL, Batch processing knowledge is must) 

- Incident/Change/Problem Management.

- Should have ability to handle complex applications and troubleshooting.

- Preferably ITIL foundation certified / have knowledge of ITIL processes

-control-m and geneos can be good to have

-Flexible with hybrid working and shifts if required.

-Candidate should have troubleshooting mindset.
