Required skills:

7-10 years as a Scrum Master

• Experience working in Agile / SAFe

• Preferable Healthcare Industry background

• Strong Communication and presentation skills

• Strong analytical/problem solving experience to deal with complex business problems

• Is able to plan, conduct and direct multidisciplinary teams. Should be able to Partners with users and various stakeholders to identify the resources, manage and track the progress of the project.

• Is able to conducts meetings for daily status calls and has experience to ensure using multiple tracking mechanisms that the project is running on schedule.

• Has experience with handling issues in the project and manage the communication with the stakeholders

• Managed the coordination between customer, engineering various field teams and 3rd party venders.

• Managed and maintain customer relationships / escalation Management.
