Position summary:
- Own strategic business analysis across enterprise-scale Appian implementations.
- Drive discovery sessions to define Appian-based transformation roadmaps.
- Architect functional solutions using Appian Records, Reports, and Sites.
- Lead creation of BRDs/FRDs with deep understanding of Appian Data Modeling.
- Guide teams in designing scalable Appian Process Models and Smart Services.
- Ensure traceability from business requirements to Appian SAIL interfaces.
- Oversee integration strategies using Appian RPA, APIs, and external systems.
- Champion Appian governance, reusability, and modular design principles.
- Act as SME for Appian platform capabilities, including Appian AI and Process Mining.
- Requires 10+ years of BPM experience with 3+ years in Appian-led programs.
