Job Description:

1.) Role: Salesforce Automation Specialist

Exp: 8+

Location: Irvine, CA

Visa: Other Than Opt’s

MOI: phone+Skype

Skills Required:

  • Working and developing Journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Email Studio.

  • Assisting in creation of new campaigns, including working on data configuration, audience creation, and utilization of capabilities in the ExactTarget platform.

  • Develop solutions on Automation Studio, Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and Journey Builder in ExactTarget tool.

  • Applying functional knowledge of Salesforce.com and enabling personalization of Email content using proprietary AMP Scripting.

  • Utilizing technical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop new Journey’s and Automations.

  • Designing, developing, testing, documenting, and deploying high quality business solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform based on business needs.

  • Using Customer Relationship Management application knowledge to implement improvements and new functionality in Salesforce Marketing Cloud application.

  • Understanding Sales/Marketing process, information, support requirements, and assisting staff in identifying leads to perform technical development on applications.

  • Applying functional knowledge of Salesforce.com Marketing cloud and Sales Cloud Data Model to address complex process and reporting requirements.

  • Monitor or track milestones/deliverables and program to ensure deadlines and targets are met and also track and report key performance indicators.

  • Partner with the technology team to analyze and document any updates to the system requirements in order to validate that the solution meets the business need.

  • Provide an on-going support, troubleshoot and validate production issues to perform the root cause analysis, reconciliations, perform corrective actions for issue resolution.

Skills Required:
Must Have:

  • Strong experience in working on UI based automation

  • 8+ years of experience as an Automation Specialist

  • Experience in coding, building frameworks, enhancing frameworks and building scripts to create scenarios.

  • Experience in UFT

  • Familiar with Agile and Scrum frameworks

  • VB and VBA

  • Jenkins

    Nice To Have:

  • Automation experience in financial domain especially with third party vendor applications, legacy mainframe applications, etc.

  • Experience in developing Test Automation solutions using Selenium etc
