Position summary:

Follow Implementation timeline and report progress and impediments to senior Management · Work with Partner teams to choreograph dependencies and follow program timeline to completion · Expertise in Agile ceremonies including Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Defect Triage, Sprint Demo and Sprint Retrospective and associated Presentations. · Must be comfortable in running PI Planning meetings · Expertise in Leading and managing a diverse team involved in development, QA , UAT and P

8.Roles & Responsibilities Follow Implementation timeline and report progress and impediments to senior Management · Work with Partner teams to choreograph dependencies and follow program timeline to completion · Expertise in Agile ceremonies including Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Defect Triage, Sprint Demo and Sprint Retrospective and associated Presentations. · Must be comfortable in running PI Planning meetings · Expertise in Leading and managing a diverse team involved in development, QA , UAT and PROD releases · Expertise in representing development team on status calls with senior leadership on all project and program calls. · Expertise in Written Communication including Process Flow, Workflow, Roadmap, Project Scoping and Project Plans. · Expertise in Managing budget, time and forecast for resources on the project and must have conducted periodic reviews. · Demonstrated facilitation skills and the ability to maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization. · Determine ways to optimize and improve JIRA setup · Define key milestones, assess delivery against milestones, communicate teams capacity and progress against milestones to stakeholders and all levels of management in a consistent and transparent manner . Must be highly organized and have the ability to lead the team with Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision
