Role : Automation Test Manager
Location : Plano , TX
Duration of contract: 1 year
Client : TCS(WWW.TCS.Com)
Qualifications:-
(1) Minimum 15+ years of testing experience in which 10+ years of experience as Test Manager managing complex Testing projects
(2) Prior hands on experience of working (in all phases of testing life cycle) in QA area for large Financial organizations (auto finance domain experience is preferred)
(3) Prior experience of driving large QA transformation programs at customer locations (Both Waterfall & Agile projects)
(4) Exposure to defining/Tracking/Reporting Critical Quality matrices.
(5) Good Exposure & prior experience in defining testing strategies/methodologies for various technological platforms.
(6) Exposure to latest QA trends, Test Automation, Performance testing.
(4) Experience in creating QA Strategy road-map (Short Term/Long term) at enterprise level.
(5) Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
(7) Experience in defining project expectations and timelines to fellow team members.
(8) Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
(9) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
(10) Certification in test management, project management (like PMP) preferable"
