Position: Storage Admin

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: Long Term

job description:

· Will have Storage Management experience and skill set with Storage Products and features such as ONTAP, AFF and HCI and Data Fabric, Fabric Pooling, etc.

·5+ years of experience of implementing storage solutions, all Products and other vendors.

·Configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting for NetApp, Isilon, Pure Storage, Cisco SAN switches

· Linux host configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting - related to storage connectivity (eg. NFS/SMB, FC HBAs, filesystems, etc)

· IP network configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting - related to storage connectivity (eg. IPs/subnets, routing, LACP, etc)

·Scripting experience in python, perl, and/or bash

·Object storage such as Swift, ECS, Cleversafe, etc

·Software defined storage such as ceph, gluster, GPFS, ScaleIO, etc

· Strong understanding of Cloud and data center technologies, competitive offerings in the marketplace and landscape of cloud solution providers.

· Storage System operating systems such as Data ONTAP or E-Series Operating System (EOS)

·SAN connectivity methodologies for storage systems

· Solutions developed around specific applications involving E-Series and/or FAS storage systems
