Position: Scrum Masters
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Duration : 12+ Months Contract
Must have US Citizen or GC Holder Only
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a SCRUM Master for a 12 month contract opportunity in their Costa Mesa office! Our client is extremely stable and well rooted in Orange County. They have over 5,000 local employees and an IT shop of over 300 employees.
Requirements:
Scrum master with experience working with a large scrum team (10 people)
Experience with team members who are not co-located (our client will be working with vendors on this project)
Experience with working in a “wagile” environment – meaning agile and waterfall (Our IT department is mostly waterfall and we are agile so we need someone who can help mitigate conflicts
Personal insurance experience is a plus!
