Role : SAP Project Manager
Location : Spring, TX

Comments: This role is not a generic PM role. This is for SAP (ERP) system implementation projects. The manager would really want someone who has prior ExxonMobil experience. Projects handled should be $15M+ or close to $15M. Certifications are ideal. Do not submit generic PMs
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must: Senior IT Project Manager with proven capability to deliver on-time (typically 6 months) and on-budget ($15M+) IT projects.
Must: Ability to define project scope (time, cost), define resource requirements (staff skillsets), and translate business requirements to IT system solutions.
Must: Ability to define work scope and manage 3rd party IT service providers in delivery of SAP based system platforms.
Work experience:
Must: Proven track record of leading the delivery of complex IT projects that encompass both IT Infrastructure and Application technologies & platforms.
Nice To: IT Project delivery in context of business divestment activities.
Nice To: Past working experience with ExxonMobil IT and familiarity with ExxonMobil IT project methodology.
Tech experience:
Must: Experience in leading or having a significant role in SAP (ERP) system implementation projects.
Education:
(Prefer Must, but not deal breaker): College level degree or equivalent.
Soft skills:
Must: Team player – Able to lead geographically diverse teams to deliver on-time results, helps remove roadblocks / resolve issues, and promotes collaborative solutions in a fast-paced IT project environment.
Must: Excellent communication skills – Able to judge audience and articulate ideas, issues, solutions at an appropriate level of business context and / or technical depth.
