Position : Automation Tester

Job location – Charlotte, NC/SFO CA

Duration : Long Term

• Review and translate Business Requirement Specifications and Technical Design Documents to build test strategy, test cases, and impact analysis.
• Strong experience with different SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
• Experience in standard testing methodologies and tools like ALM, JIRA is mandatory.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Work and manages the offshore testing team for all the testing efforts.
• Perform test execution based on functional and non-functional user stories or requirements.
• Responsible for day-to-day software testing activities to ensure both new and current initiatives are completed within agreed upon time frame.
• Work with business and Development leads to triage bugs and manage the defects in ALM.
• Build new test cases and automate existing test cases where possible.
• Leads the execution of test scenarios and test scripts and guides error documentation standards.
• Support release management activities.
• Provides daily/weekly status reports to all the stakeholders on assigned projects.
