Job Description:
Salesforce Product Owner is a representative of interested and influential stakeholders, who helps to define product features and to prioritize the product backlog. It incorporates both a tactical and strategic component of product development. Commercial and Retail Banking Domain exp is mandatory. Working as a product owner you will oversee a team of designers and engineers to develop, map, and deliver user-centered digital products .Drive the Salesforce TPM product strategy and roadmap, managing prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch. Should have played as product owner in 4-5 Engagements in the past. Develop an in-depth understanding of the customers’ needs across all channels as well as surrounding touchpoints of the customer journey and use this knowledge to advance the product journey. As a Product owner for us you will work to set new architectural/functional standards for two Salesforce instances and defines the product roadmap with commercial and financial partners and is responsible to ensure development goals/commitments are met. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, flexible, curious and communicative product manager who strives to design pioneering system features to keep up with the dynamics of our financial infrastructure and is not afraid to tackle an entirely new subject matters or starting substantial transformation projects.
