Responsibilities:

• 1 to 2 years of experience with US IT Recruitment and very good sourcing skills
• Excellent Communication Skills (English)
• Good Knowledge of Information Technologies
• Quick learner
• Aggressive, go-getter, positive attitude, good communication, and interpersonal skills
• Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
• Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
• Result orientation and strong desire to earn a good income
