Oracle EBS - Senior finance specialist needed, deep familiarity with setting up LE, OU, IU design. ledgers, subledgers, etc.

Can you design an optimal strategy for LE hierarchy, OU hierarchy, IU hierarchy across multi countries for a global expansion?
Description:
This is a pivotal role to help a pharmaceutical company based in the US to expand into europe, using multiple currencies, multiple countries, adding new products, partners, and 3PL partners for distribution channels. Need someone who can design a solid multi-org structure with all the ledgers, subledgers, internal transfer pricing, etc.
Deliverables:
Org hierarchies, for OU, IU, Rollout . Deployment plan, tax strategy. A working system (Hands-on skills required.)
