Title: Java Developer (Local Only)
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 12+ month contract
Pay Rate: $50/hr
Interview process – Phone and Face to Face (No Skype)
Experienced Java Developer to:
- Develop enhancements for and provide support to J2EE applications.
- Develop new business functions, including web services, using the OO Design principles
- Troubleshoot, fix, and test issues/defects – resulting from either the change control process or production activities
Skills
- Excellent core J2SE programming ability
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience and strong knowledge of the following tools and technolgoies: Eclipse, Java Server Faces, Facelets, Spring
- Application/Portal server: Weblogic 10g or higher
- RDBMS: Oracle
- Good knowledge of J2EE design patterns and web services
- Knowledge of primefaces along with Java community tools, SVN, Junit, etc.
- 3-5 years of System Development experience in Java technologies
- Experience with web service development will be a plus
