Job Description:

 

As a ETL Developer for the product catalog team, you'll create complex data conversion and integration solutions using ETL tools and technologies. Work with data architects and designers to understand data mapping and data architecture. Identifies, analyzes and develops ETL scripts and data integration flows. 

Education: 

Bachelors/Master’s degree in science or equivalent 

Database Administration, ETL, or Business Intelligence-related certifications preferred 

Mandatory Skills: 

2+ years’ experience delivering effective ETL projects. 

Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Cassandra, Java, and Pentaho Data Integration (Kettle) 

Experience with a variety of data feed types, including JSON, XML, CSV, and SOAP 

Knowledge of the Agile software development process 

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills 

Ability to express ideas clearly, confidently, and diplomatically 

Preferred Skills: 

Experience integrating large datasets from disperse systems 

Experience developing and executing test plans to verify logic of data movement and ETL scripts 

Experience troubleshooting and resolving data, system and performance issues
