Job Description:
The Lead Full Stack Software Developer develops strategic solutions for new services and functionality. This role designs software and participates in programming, testing and documentation through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Timely and effective communications to the team, organization and outside vendors are regularly disseminated as part of this job function.
Requirements:
• Experience developing applications using multiple programming/scripting languages.
• Experience in developing applications for cross-browser compatibility with different OS and
device is a must
• Experience in developing applications for Mobile platform
• Experience in developing web pages meeting Section 508, WCAG 2.0/ARIA standards
• Experience in developing and testing the application with Screen Reader tools like
JAWS/Read aloud
• Experience in developing automated test cases using the JUNIT Framework
• Experience in cross browser development.
• Knowledge of cloud-based architecture
• Experience developing responsive or adaptive web application
• Good interpersonal skills in order to interact with clients, technical staff, and third parties.
• Experience in Agile Methodology
• Platform Tools: JBuilder, Eclipse
• Languages: Java, HTML, JSP, XML
• Operating Systems: Windows, UNIX/Linux
• Experience with pure J2EE and core Java technologies is must
• Experience with Spring Hibernate
• Experience with Spring Batch
• Experience in client/ server integration
• Experience in HTML and JAVASCRIPT
• Experience in web technologies such as XHTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apache, AJAX,
Hibernate and SOAP
• Experience with XML, XSLT and XPATH
• Experience with XQuery, Java, Python and prototype/ script.aculo.us AJAX framework is a
plus.
• Experience with JBOSS
• UI developer on Angular JS, HTML5, jQuery, CSS 3, object-oriented JavaScript to develop the
next generation Test Delivery application.
• Develop MVC driven JavaScript web applications with HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, knowledge of
SASS/LESS.
• Experience in writing unit tests for JavaScript like Jasmine or QUnit
• Experience with Gulp and Node.js
Responsibilities:
• The ideal candidate had 10+ years of Java development and design experience with good handle on UI technologies like Angular.
• Be part of a dynamic, highly-independent Scrum team following the standard Scrum ceremonies in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
• Engage with business teams for requirement gathering and with technology teams in design & development
• Strong project experience working on mid-sized to large, cross-functional projects with evolving requirements
• Should be able to lead a team from Technical front if required
• Solid experience in Java 8 and upwards, Spring Boot, REST API, Hibernate
• Implement modern single page applications (SPAs) using Angular • Leverage containerization with Docker
• Write SQL, define relational schemas, write data migrations, and query through an ORM
• Implement automated unit/integration/functional tests on the back-end with JUnit and other frameworks

• Use git (workflows, merge strategies, etc) for code version control
• Apply modern design patterns and build enterprise-grade production applications
• Work with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to break down requirements into technical tasks

• Hands on experience in creating user interfaces using Angular or other UI Frameworks
