Role- IAM Business Analyst

Location: Jersey City

Duration: Long Term

Successful candidates would have:

Experience as IAM Business Analyst in area of Identity Access Management like PAM / Splunk / ServiceNow.
Strong experience in understanding IAM solution requirements and develop/modify business processes, prepare communication & training material for PAM / Splunk / ServiceNow related systems.
Must be able to collect requirements related to user life cycle management (Onboarding, off-boarding etc)
Must be familiar with access governance features of IAM Tool – Access recertification, Approval Workflows, Role Management, SOD policies
Able to understand complex concepts quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant experience in performing IAM Requirement Analysis, Preparing Process Map (“As Is” & “To Be”), Providing TrainingVery good understanding of Identity and Access management domain, Provisioning, Governance, Life Cycle Management (LCM) and Compliance.
