• Salesforce Admin 201 certification
• Salesforce Service Cloud certification
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING....
• Agile development methodology
• Salesforce Lightning experience
• System-level design and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions
• Contributing member of an agile team delivering new features and capabilities
• Accountable for delivery of commitments throughout the iteration
• Design, develop, test, release, and maintain complex workflows rules, validation rules, formulas, custom workflow, process builder, page layouts, custom fields/objects, and other Salesforce.com customizations
• Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
• Improve user experience, solve technical issues, invent creative solutions, ensure data cleanliness and data accuracy across the Salesforce.com instance
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• 3+ years of professional Salesforce.com Administrator experience, including early stage development experience
• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com CRM
• Strong communication skills & strategic solutions
• Collaborative team player
• Salesforce Service Cloud experience
• Experience with Case management
• Able to develop workflows, flows, page layouts, security configurations, sharing rules, and permissions
