Position: Java with GCP(6+yrs exp. Needed)

Location: Alpharetta, GA(Hybrid)

Type: long term contract

Rate: 50/hr. on C2C

Position summary:

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Expert level in Java programming with cloud experience (gcp preferable), Experience with user interface design, database structures, and statistical analyses.

• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills and Software Debugging.

• Ability to work as part of a team. Adapt to new technologies and have the ability to learn new tools.

• Investigate and troubleshoot Production issues. Pinpoint Problematic Code and Dependencies in Real Time, Helping to Resolve Issues Faster. In-Depth Troubleshooting and Real-Time Monitoring capabilities.

• Support the regular application release process

• Support our application platforms in both production and the non-production test environments.

• Be part of an on call rotation

• Work with Development teams for handing-off or taking over active support issues and creating a team specific knowledge base and skill set.

• Working experience in cloud (GCP) or front end technologies including react/react native would be an added advantage

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Languages: JAVA/J2EE, Web Services (SOAP, REST) / Messaging, Spring Applications, PL/SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS etc

Operating Systems: Unix/Linux, Windows etc

Database: Oracle 11g, SqlServer, Postgresql etc

Tools: Eclipse, SQL Developer tool, etc
