Position summary:

• Responsible for delivery of IT managed services and Consulting services

• Define and manage budgets for India entity and growth plan

• Ensure all the service line excel in delivery, smart work, optimization and automating mundane tasks and to support customer 100% IT operations from India.

• Manage IT Infrastructure services and responsible for managing business, practices, service delivery and customer Built offshore shared delivery center for cost optimization and higher efficiencies

• End to end responsible for service line financials

• Managing global stake holder across presales, sales, customers and other function across the accounts.

• Build a healthy work culture to ensure less attrition and ensure to publish Key Performance Indicators for the team to enhance individual career patching and organizational growth.

• Always it’s a question of survival of the smartest, so encouraged the team to be smarter, think out of the box and better ways of working.

• Managed and supported a complex multi-platform IT infrastructure across the globe ensuring a secure, reliable, uninterrupted production environments

• Developed Corporate IT Strategic Plan with Balanced Scorecard and KPIs and restructured IT Department Developed and implemented Corporate IT Policy and Procedures

• Implementing zero surprise delivery frameworks reducing customer escalations and gaining additional business through references

• Managing and Monitoring Corporate IT budgets and implemented several cost reduction initiatives and efficiency measures

• Emphasizing teams to improve documentation, SOP adoption, standardization of data centers, process and procedures maturity and integration of global teams

• Adherence to statutory, regulatory compliance on Data center, SSAE 16, SOX and audits export control regulations

• Working closely with SQA and SEPG departments to set new quality standards based on the customer feedback towards software delivery maturity.

• Delivering quality initiatives in GE using Six Sigma.

 

 

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field

• Project management certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), project management professional (PMP) or similar

• Working knowledge of project management software

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
