We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow GRC and will work from home during day shifts. This role involves analyzing business needs, developing solutions, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The position does not require travel, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

 

- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization in alignment with company objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Develop and implement solutions using ServiceNow GRC to enhance business operations. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments. - Provide insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through effective use of ServiceNow GRC. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project success. - Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to maintain efficiency and effectiveness. - Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. - Utilize data analysis to provide actionable insights and support business growth. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to inform business strategies. - Assist in the development of project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions. - Foster a collaborative work environment to encourage innovation and continuous improvement. -Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow GRC and its application in business processes. - Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address business challenges. - Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and technical teams. - Have experience in data analysis and the ability to provide actionable insights. - Show proficiency in developing and implementing business solutions. - Display knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Be adept at creating and delivering training materials for end-users.
