Position: TFS Support Engineer
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
Microsoft TFS Administration and Support
Develop automation scripts as needed
Powershell scripting
Support Development Teams
Installation of TFS Server and support
Project Description:
Provide, TFS Administration and support of Microsoft TFS and support for complex Enterprise Applications supporting our users across many locations and sites.
All of the functions consist of complex hardware and software configurations and interact regularly with other functions across AIZ.
(Network, Security, Infrastructure, Procurement, Helpdesks, applications, Architecture, etc.)
Essential Skills:
Microsoft TFS Administration and Support experience – technical piece of TFS support
Ability to support development teams using TFS
Powershell scripting
Automation exposure and code scripting
Octopus Deployment
Desirable Skills:
Strong communication skills, able to express code and design decisions to other technical staff and business analysts
Efficient time management skills and used to delivering solutions in a fast pace environment
Ability to create technical documentation to explain the solution that was implemented
.net development exposure
Development using .NET/C# is a plus.
Education:
Completion of Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, Technical Certification, etc. and/or 5 - 10 years of experience.
Application-specific certifications generally considered a plus in the application areas of focus for the senior application specialist.
