Skill Requirements:

·         Identity Access management experience is mandatory

·         Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe to create PDF sign-off forms

·         Quick learner with technical abilities to quickly learn ServiceNow

Job description:

·         Process various tickets related to applications onboarding in ServiceNow

·         Conduct requirements sessions with Application Business and Technical Owners to onboard the application roles and tasks into ServiceNow, complete User Admin Guide (SOP), and obtain sign-off forms from Business Owners. All the standards, templates, and processes are already established

·         Perform applications onboarding activities and mass upload scripts in ServiceNow (instructions and training will be provided)

·         Be able to create ad-hoc reports in Excel by organizing data from ServiceNow

·         Collect evidence for Audit Purposes by going through the documentation and collecting User Admin Guides and Sign-off forms

·         Complete ServiceNow cleanup activities in regards to role descriptions, approvers, task assignment groups

 

·         IAM Certified resource is preferred by client
