Essential Job Duties

•                    Design and delivers automaton and automation framework for products with a quality mindset

•                    Provides oversight through code and design reviews for features delivered by other developers within their scrum team.

•                    Participate in a Test Design Review Board for integration test plans within and across clouds with focus on functional, business, complex scenarios, high impact projects, usability, and accessibility.

•                    Master clouds requirements (e.g., underlying techstack, business usage, implementation).

•                    Create end-to-end, cross cloud-impacting, integration automation (API and UI) with complex orgs.

•                    Interface with customers to understand real life usage, build test cases.

•                    Execute Testing with complex org setup, varied data shapes.

•                    Organize and drive cross product testing.

•                    Advocate for customer enhancements.

•                    Monitor product and/or feature-level quality health metrics (testability, test health, test coverage, etc.).

•                    Works closely with senior developers, PM, and UX to ensure their features are delivered to meet business and quality requirements.

•                    Troubleshoot production issues.

•                    Resource should be able to demonstrate proficiency on both manual and automation testing in Salesforce using test automation tools like Provar, Tosca, Selenium etc.

•                    Resource should be able to demonstrate proficiency on test management tools like Q-test, ALM, Rally to be able to use them for test execution purposes

•                    Certification on Salesforce (Admin/App builder etc.) will be a plus

•                    Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality preferred

•                    Ability to work with standard salesforce customizations using apps, objects, formula fields, validation rules, email alerts, process automations like workflows, process builders, flows and other functionalities.

•                    Able to understand the complex process of Salesforce as well as the business process of the existing system

•                    Experience with importing or performing operations on existing data using tools like data loader.

•                    Managing security related to roles, profiles, sharing settings, permission sets.

•                    Maintaining custom reports, dashboards and scheduling them according to business needs

•                    Resource will be able to maintain users

•                    Maintain App Exchange applications

•                    Data management to improve data quality

•                    Debug any existing issues to find the root cause and all salesforce configuration changes

•                    Copado Experience (be able to deploy using Copado)

•                    Will be involved in release meetings, maintaining app exchange applications

•                    Sandbox Environment Management

•                    Strong ability to meet deadlines and self-motivated

•                    Salesforce Certified ADM 201 preferred
