reports to Enterprise Workday lead in Expenses

Client has implemented Workday —which is a cloud based ERP that delivers user and administrative tools across financials, HR, talent, student, payroll etc. As part of this implementation in expense module, they’re bringing on this Workday BA to help them as they roll this tool out to the client community.
A lot of configurations have been done already so what they’re looking for in a candidate is somebody who can bring the ability to help with the testing and developing end to end testing, user acceptance testing—will work very closely with the Workday implementor with any additional configurations and testing throughout the next phase of projected
Strong communicator and presentation skills as they’re taking the business process and going out to the university community and doing a lot of demonstrations….so this person will need to get up to speed really quickly and help with taking this to a wider audience—critical thinker who is able to look at the process and the system and help evaluate any gaps that they encounter- do added configurations-now their looking at usability/focused heavily on testing-must be able to look at where they’re at in the business process and help design the testing that would bring to light any areas they missed—lots of testing- really really strong communication skills who can speak to large audience when they go out and demo the tool/process with the various user communities at client—they don’t need specific tools……it uses Jira-it’s the expenses module in workday –incorporates travel, credit card processing-faculty staff, guest and student
Overall goal—at go live they will have delivered the functionality they designed and identified any open gaps/mitigated at go-live and come up with acceptable work arounds
