Job title: Business Analyst

Contract: Corp to Corp

 

Responsibilities:

·         Senior Business Analyst will work on the unification project (self-service customer portal) across Web Services and Ecomm and interface with various system bi-flows.

·         The focus of this BA is mainly functional with demonstrated experience with product demo's, user stories and sprints.

·         The BA needs to understand Agile (end to end) and it is highly preferred if the BA has been or serviced in a Scrum capacity.

·         It is critical that more than understanding Agile/Scrum that the candidate has demonstrated experience of understanding why it is needed and work with teams to show the value and process.

·         The BA must be self-motivated/driven and capable of holding team members to be accountable for completion of tasks and processes.

Additional Notes:

·         The candidate will need a strong waterfall foundation as well as an understanding of agile and be able to support changing priorities.

·         I would like someone who is a team player. They need to have strong BA skills and follow IIBA processes. BPMN experience in creating process flows is a plus.

·         The will need strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.

·         Other than this, they will need strong communications skills and the standard BA required skills.
