PHP / Laravel Developer

Location- Midtown, NYC

Duration- 6-12 months

Interview- 1 phone/video and 1 in person

 

Job Description :

 

We have a transformational new technology that allows people to simply message any business — such as their bank, airline or phone company — and get answers right back, either an AI-powered chatbot or from a human on the customer service team. In the last year, many of the world's largest brands have chosen messaging, using Live Person, as the way they'll handle customer care, sales and marketing in the future.

 

What you will own

·         Define, track and deliver on application development and design

·         Drive the technical roadmap to streamline operations, increase stability and overall application performance

·         Take design and user interface mockups and turn them into functional web pages

·         Recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.

 

What you need for success

·         Expertise in PHP and the Laravel Framework

·         Understanding of e Commerce purchase flows

·         Hands on experience with Sales Force

·         Deep expertise and hands on experience with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's

·         Hands on experience with My SQL, SOQL a plus

·         Strong grasp of web-based security principles

·         Intellectual curiosity coupled with an analytical approach to problem solving and plan development

·         Ability to think on your feet and apply a problem-solving mindset to execute on goals

·         Extreme attention to detail coupled with thorough project management skills
