Our client is in Phase 1 of a 3 phase ERP Implementation. They are standardizing the reports across the plants. Example ( “Some parts are 5 characters in the table.. need to all be 6”). We need an SSRS Hammer with moderate experience in Crystal reports.
This individual will assist other developers on a project currently in process that involves SQL data conversions, reporting changes, and applications changes. The individual should possess a strong background in writing SQL Reporting Services reports, writing and modifying SQL stored procedures, and VB.Net application development.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary developer responsible for converting and providing testing documentation for reports that will be modified to use the new data structure (all SQL driven reports, most are SQL Reporting Services reports, some are in Crystal Reports)
- Assist in the writing and re-writing of stored procedures using T-SQL
- Assist as needed with application implementations related to the database conversion project (.Net Application development using both C# and VB.Net).
- Document programming changes, problems, and resolutions for future reference and change control management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of three years experience in software developer specifically in a role utilizing SQL stored procedures, SQL Server Reporting Services, some Crystal Reports and application development using .Net.
- Demonstrated ability to create/analyze/improve SQL objects including but not limited to stored procedures, table structures, triggers, and views.
- Strong team orientation and desire to work in a fast paced environment
