Interview: Phone/ Skype
Visa: USC and GC Holder Only
-Must be ready to work PERM after 1 yr
· REQUIRED SKILLS:
o Must have Oracle Apps (EBS) and the version ( 12.1 or 12.2)
o Must have built an oracle RAC from ground UP
o Must built DATA GUARD from ground UP
o Must have experience in SQL
o Must have great comms- can communicate not just to the team, but to the management
o Can translate tech speak to management speak
o Must have worked with Sr DBA and Jr DBA
o Fusion Middleware Architect - good to have only
Interview process
o phone screen
o 1-2 tech interview
o final interview
