Job Location : St. Louis, MO
Job Duration : 12 Months to start (likely 12 month extension)
Job Description:-
· Need strong SQL skills

· Agile experience required
Required Skills
• Expertise in business and systems analysis, project management, Agile Scrum, functional design and quality assurance.
• Ability to break down technical issues into easily digestible data points for stakeholder consumption
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Experience working in group and individual settings
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL, Excel, MS Access and Visio
• Basic understanding of Agile Scrum principles
• Experience with SOA environments and system to system integration practices
• Experience with a range of requirements elicitation and recording methodologies (for example, JRD, RUP, story boards or user stories)
Desired Skills
• Prior knowledge with IT Service Management and/or Operational Support Systems
• Experience mining and analyzing data from a variety of information systems and data files, including large and complex files: analyzing file structure, using and creating file layouts, transforming raw data into finished products
• Project experience where any of the following technologies were leveraged: Java, Visual Basic, advanced scripting languages, XML, SOAP, REST
• Prior business experience with managed hosting service providers and/or network telecommunication service providers is desirable.
• Background in Web Hosting, Co-location or Data Center architectures
• 1+ years working in an Agile Scrum environment (or similar)
Position Requirements:
• 3+ years of directly relevant industry experience including service provider IT systems analyst, development or architect experience
• Candidate must demonstrate experience in following an established software development methodology, project development planning and problem resolution
• Strong communication and consensus-building skills which enable interaction with business process owners and end users
• Ability to lead requirements elicitation meetings, reviews and workshops.
• Ability to define, manage and update functional and design requirements.
