Technical support engineer with AudioCodes

100% onsite in Ridgefield, CT

6 months +

Need GC USC Only.

The successful candidate will be tasked with the following:

• Support a growing AudioCodes environment
• Deploy, support, setup troubleshooting of Mediant Gateways 1000, 2600 and Audio Codes SBC
• Other troubleshooting and configuration as required

The ideal candidate will be able to prove the following:

• Strong AudioCodes engineering and troubleshooting experience
• Proven expertise deploying Mediant Gateways 1000, 2600
• Excellent team working and communication skills, able to work from home to support client needs
