Description:
Minimum 10 years of Business Analysis cum Project management experience with financial domain experience preferably in Wealth Management
Sr. Business Analyst with strong PM skills preferably with Banking/Wealth Management Domain skills.
1) Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
2) Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
3) Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
4) Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
5) Performing requirements analysis
6) Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
7) Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
8) Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
9) Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
10) Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
11) Performing user acceptance testing
12) Should have excellent documentation skills for creating BRDs, FSDs etc..
13) Creation of business use cases , test cases , flow diagrams etc..
14) Should be a good team player
15) Must have excellent communication skills
16) Prior banking experience is mandatory
17) Good to have knowledge in writing up SQL queries etc..
