Job Description:
Analysts International is seeking to hire an SQA Tester to join our practice and work with one of our premiere healthcare clients in Southeastern MN. This person will join an established Solutions Practice and team of quality assurance professionals. Candidates must have an in depth understanding of software quality and development practices and methodologies.
Skills required for this position:
Accountabilities:
End-User testing
Must be able to interface and communicate effectively with technicians and project managers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
Demonstrable background:
Testing Life Cycle methodology. Initiation, Planning, Analysis, Preparation, Execution, Maintenance, and closure.
Defect management. Identification, prioritization, remediation, and closure.
Preparation: Create Test Cases and Test Scripts
Execution: Conduct SQA testing , Complete SQA entry and
exit gates , Create Defect and Test Summary Reporting
Must have experience with:
Test Life Cycle methodology
Agile Testing methods
Above Average Manual test skills
Understanding of Automated test/Dev tools – SOAPUI/SQL/LoadRunner/JAVA are all a plus

MS –TFS or HP – ALM test suites.
