                                                         Desired Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow implementation
  • PPM / MS Project or other project planning software
  • Application development experience

 

 Mandatory Skills:

  • Project Management experience (1-3 years)
  • Business Analyst experience (3-5 years)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership and team building skills
  • MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

 

The PM/BA lead is responsible for the overall project leadership including scope/schedule/budget and business readiness plan. The PM/BA lead will execute the project plan with assigned project resources to successfully complete business deliverables.  The PM/BA will document/define requirements and business process needs and ensure business is ready for the changes.

The PM/BA reports to the Director IT PMO and works closely with vendors as needed, support teams, developers, solution architects and business users.

 

General Responsibilities:

  1. Held accountable for the Implementation and Quality of Key IT Business Deliverables
  2. Engage the appropriate IT SME’s to work on the project as necessary
  3. Develop and execute the IT project schedule, including milestones, tasks, duration, dependencies, and resource assignments
  4. Gather and define the IT Requirements from Project Stakeholders
  5. Document current/new business processes as needed
  6. Provide estimates for IT project elements
  7. Identify, track, and lead the resolution of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID)
  8. Ensure project adherence to MAC IT policies, standards and processes
  9. Track, communicate and provide impact analysis of changes to IT Scope, Schedule & Budget
  10. Develop and execute IT Communication Plan
  11. Produce monthly IT Project Status Reports for MAC Leadership
  12. Encourage teamwork and collaboration; motivate and direct the team’s effort
  13. Ensure project team members and business partners understand their roles and responsibilities within the project
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing
  • Ensure business is ready for the change
