Job Description :

·         Experience is Linux/Unix basic operations and shell scripting.

·         Experience is database queries and database structure required.

·         Knowledge of Hadoop operations and application support using hive/spark is additional and helpful.

·         Knowledge in GCP is additional and helpful.

·         Knowledge of monitoring tools like Kibana, data dog, AppDynamics and tools like ControlM.

·         Experience in first/sec/third tier business application user and/or support of in-house developed and/or vendor supported applications

·         Understands operational process in relation to applications and systems functionality

·         Active participant using automated ticket/ issues tracking system(s), such as JIRA, Snow

·         Able to work independently to analyze data and processes (both business and IT)

·         Able to maintain multiple tasks progression with competing and changing priorities in a dynamic environment, driving to lower production incidents and outages

·         Must have strong oral and written communication skills for clear and accurate information sharing, documentation and collaboration
