Role : Systems Engineer/ Production Support

Location : Charlotte, NC

Duration of contract: 12 months

Interview: Phone/ Skype  

Client : TCS(WWW.TCS.COM)

 

 Mandatory :-

To provide senior level Tier 2 Linux/UNIX support including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex hardware and/or software issues elevated from the Support Center (Tier 1) and Technical Services groups. In addition, the ideal candidate will provide support and mentoring for members of the Infrastructure Operations and Production Support team (IOPS).
