supervision
Create test requirements, test plan, test scenarios, test data with high
testing coverage and pass rate
Automation testing for backend Web Service, WCF, Web APIs, and SQL Server
Integration Services (SSIS)
Create automation test cases using SoapUI tool, groovy script, JMeter
performance tool
Join SCRUM team and keep good collaboration with Dev, PO, manager and other
team members to complete tasks in good deliverables
Execute QA testing, submit bugs, push bug resolved, analyze test failures, and
deliver 100% test report
Determines and develops approaches to solutions
Defines standards for development of manual & automated test scripts,
deployment and reuse
Contributes to the automation effort
Participates in formal reviews of business requirements and application designs
Ensures proper test coverage exists based on requirements and design
specifications
Recommends strategies and methods to improve test plans and process
Create and executes manual and automated test scripts for most complex projects
in a most efficient and modular fashion
Create common routines and libraries for automation to be shared between teams
Coordinates test schedules, work and resource plans; manages progress of all
test activities against plan
Establishes testing entrance and exit criteria
Identifies and manages critical path of testing
Ensures execution of project regression testing tasks
Trains others within the immediate team on testing techniques and automation
SME (Subject Matter Expert on 3 to 4 areas, including web and core)
Skills/Experience:A minimum of 5 years of in-depth QA Engineering experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work

areas
Demonstrated expertise in all technologies relevant to responsibilities,
including communications, environments, operating systems and databases
Solid understanding of agile software process including analysis, design, coding,
system integration, and user acceptance testing, problem resolution and
planning
Demonstrated expertise in all technologies relevant to responsibilities,

Ability to lead manual and/or small automated test projects using available
test frameworks and tools
Proficient with one or more object oriented programming language (i.e. C# or
