Job Title : Linux / DevOps Administrator
Location : Philadelphia, PA (can be 100% remote after initial onboarding/meetings)
Duration : 3+Months Contract

One to two weeks travel to client site possible to do initial on-boarding training which will be funded by client.

Rate : 40/hr on C2C (MAX)

Skills (EXPERT/ADVANCED):
Linux system admin running in AWS environment
Strong grasp of scripting and automation in a DevOps environment
Experience working with configuration management software
Python, Ruby, Bash, Node.js - Strong scripting ability of at least one of those listed

Description:
Searching for a System Admin/DevOps Admin in a high-scale server environments, including how to deal with production and staging deployment environments, internally developed software and third-party systems for high-scale applications, and best practices around modern DevOps concepts..   Experience working with configuration management software (Puppet, Chef, Ansible; Puppet is what we use) in large (100+ server) environments.  Experience with blue/green deployments.  Some Linux systems engineering experience within AWS.  Scripting/development experience with more than one of the following: Python, Ruby, Bash, Node.js.  Experience using Docker/containerization in a production environment is a big plus.
