Position summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Data Engineer with a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 9 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Collibra and ANSISQL, with additional experience in AWS being a plus.
This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and business needs.
- Develop and maintain data governance frameworks using Collibra.
- Utilize ANSISQL to query databases and extract meaningful insights.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across various business processes.
- Work closely with IT teams to implement and test new systems and solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper adoption of new systems and processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis processes.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for data-related issues and queries.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and goals by providing data-driven insights.

- Possess a strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrate expertise in Collibra for data governance and management.
- Have proficiency in ANSISQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Show experience with AWS is a plus, enhancing cloud-based data solutions.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
- Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
