We are seeking a highly skilled Splunk ITSI Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 11 years of experience and a strong technical background in Splunk ITSI. This role involves overseeing projects, ensuring data accuracy, and leveraging Splunk ITSI for advanced analytics. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving our initiatives and contributing to our company success.

 

Splunk ITSI Admin/Lead:

- Accessing the organization’s needs and requirements for Splunk ITSI requirement.

- Installing and configuring Splunk enterprise and ITSI modules.

- Creating and managing user accounts and ensuring proper access controls and security measures are in place to protect sensitive data.

- Integrating various data sources into ITSI for monitoring and analysis

- Managing and maintaining data sources to ensure data quality and reliability.

- Configuring service templates, KPTs, and notable events.

- Setting up alerting mechanisms to detect and notify on service anomalies or performances degradation.

- Conducting periodic performance assessments and making necessary adjustments to improve scalability and responsiveness.

- Investigating and diagnosing issues to determine root causes.

- Ensuring ITSI deployments complies with security standards.
