We are looking for contractor to work with the Data Warehouse team to assist in the development of ETL code to build out the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
Major Responsibilities
1. Develop Informatica ETL Code consistent with departmental standards and practices.
2. Analyze and validate data load using SQL.
3. Develop SQL scripts to load and transform data as necessary.
4. Develop Linux shell scripts as necessary
Experience/Skills Required
1. Extensive experience with Informatica Powercenter 9.x development including Mapping, Session and Workflow development.
2. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
3. Strong SQL skills, ability to write SQL queries for efficiency, performance and maintainability.
4. Strong Linux/Unix scripting skills.
5. Strong problem solving skills, analytical skills, and understanding of what it takes to develop ETL solutions.
6. Self-starter with the ability to analyze tasks and work independently.
7. Excellent communication skills a must.
