Exp: 9+ Years

Skills Required:

  • strong experience in Programming (Java or Scala)

  • Working knowledge of Spark is a must

  • Hands on experience with managing production clusters (Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, more)

  • Good exposure to Hadoop/Cassandra/SPARK production deployment, monitoring and relevant tools & techniques

  • Excellent knowledge of application/production support practices

Required skills

  • Working experience with hands-on in PowerApps tool.

  • Knowledge and understanding of PowerBI experience is a must

  • Should have worked and proficient in cloud technology (Azure)

Nice to have.

  • Web Technologies/web services working knowledge

    Soft Skills

  • Good Team player and have good communication skills

  • Provide support and documentation to assist in sustaining the project during the transition to production where necessary.

  • Adhere to Application Engineering methodologies, standards, code reviews.

  • Proactively raise issues to Technical and Group Leads when necessary.

Experience/Required Skills:

  • Experience and ability to lead and task manage software engineers and provide appropriate level of guidance and oversight to ensure delivery of engineering deliverables.

  • 7+ years of development experience with large scale web development

  • 7+ years of HTML experience

  • 5+ years of client side JavaScript, CSS experience

  • 4+ years of jQuery experience, N-tiered applications

  • 1+ years of JSON experience

  • 4+ years of ASP.NET experience.

  • 2-4 years of ASP.NET MVC experience.

  • 1+ years of experience with Object-Relational Mappers such as Entity Framework or Nhibernate.

  • 5+ years SQL Server 2008, 2010, SSIS, SSRS

  • Ability to write complex T-SQL, Triggers, Functions, Store Procedures

  • Solid abilities with client side performance optimization techniques.

  • Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies and frameworks such as SCRUM.

  • Familiar with Team Foundation Server.

    Additional preferred skills:

  • HTML5, BackBone, RESTful Services, .Net MVC 4, .Net MVC 4 Web API, JSON, jQuery Mobile

  • Demonstrated success in providing leadership during the facilitation and participation in design workshops, testing cycles and training sessions

  • Understanding of structured system implementation methodologies (e.g. SDLC, AIM)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent writing skills to include documenting requirements and creating functional and technical specifications
