position summary:

Must Have Skills: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, hibernate and Oracle/MySQL/DB2 is required.

Desired Skills: Knowledge on AWS, Scrum methodology

 

Job Roles / Responsibilities:

Must have:

• At least 6-10 years of relevant IT experience
• At least 5 years of experience working on 2 or more development projects
• Proven experience on projects involving teams working out of  2 or more geographical locations
• A go-getter who never gives up without making an attempt
• Attitude to learn new technologies and acquire new skills on demand
• Flexible, Sound communication and problem-solving skills

Technical:

• Senior Developer role with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JBOSS,  and Oracle is required. He/She will be part of Agile Scrum team and had individual ownership. 
• Design and Develop tier coding, business layer coding, interface development, service development, creation of stored procedures etc. as applicable for the work package / project.
• Standards, guidelines and best practices to be followed through sessions and document sharing;
• Write efficient queries and understand logical and physical data models;
• Follow up with Developers to ensure integration of components (input / output);
• Troubleshoot critical technical issues;
• Develop comprehensive unit testing cases for modules developed (as required) and unit test plans; execute unit testing;
• Create unit test logs; prepare unit test strategy, test plan document and data requirements; automate unit testing and contributing to automation of testing

Basic expertise in Cloud (AWS) & Microservices is required.
