Position                  :Technical Project Manager

Length of project  : 6-12 months (likely to extend)

 

 

Must Have Skills	·        You will have experience with most of the following: ·        Trade Promotion Management strategy, roadmap and design ·        Knowledge of underlying configurations / integration in TPM solution (preferably CPG Toolbox, others may include Demantra, AFS, CAS, SAP TPM) ·        Scoping and delivering technology innovation services ·        Application of design thinking as an approach to solving client problems ·        Passion for technology trends e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, and Collaboration
Desured	·        Desired Skills: ·        Experience within one or more of the retail or consumer goods ·        An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner ·        Experience understanding business challenges and explaining how our offerings and services provide value ·        Experience identifying a client’s high-level business needs and leading the creation of detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases ·        Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions ·        Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information ·        Insights on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry
Job Description	As a Senior Consultant in Cognizant Consulting, you’ll often be: Taking a leading role in the analysis and design of business processes Building and applying technical, industry, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients Solving key business problems and challenges by enabling front office transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a “to-be” enterprise environment Deep experience with one or more of the following capabilities: Trade Funds Management, Trade Promotion Management, Trade Claims Management, Customer Business Planning Excellent client facing skills and working with clients for the following types of activities: business process design, key configuration workshops, GAP identification, Functional Design, Test Planning and Test Execution
