Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle Planning, Shipping and WMS)/ WMS Functional Consultant

Location: North America - Remote

Job Description:

In this role, Functional Consultant will be responsible for:

• Providing Consulting and Support services involving Oracle Planning, Shipping and WMS
• Design, build, and implement functional solutions which meet desired business, functional and non-functional requirements – must be able to articulate detailed solution design experience and results
• Excellent understanding of solution design and configuration in these module
• Capturing business requirements, creating functional specifications and test cases
• Clarifying product functionalities, recommending solutions, Testing and ad-hoc trainings
• Assessing current installation, analyze short comings and recommend workarounds, solutions
• Partnering with IT and business teams, addressing problems, articulating innovative solutions, conducting demos and sharing best practices
• Supporting business with day-to-day issues and requests, including analyzing, trouble shooting, fixing and documentations
• Working with distributed technical teams in delivering enhancements and fixes
• Periodic Status reporting / communication
• Liaise with Oracle on product issues

Requirements for this role include:

Must have’s:

• Has at least 15 years of relevant experience in implementing, consulting, solution design and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle Planning, Shipping and WMS)
• Has at least 2 years of hands on and relevant experience in implementing, consulting, solution design and supporting Oracle Fusion Oracle Planning, Shipping and WMS modules
• Experience with Planning, Shipping and Warehouse business function with related processes
• Hands on experience in data conversions related to the procure to pay processes and related integrations
• Must be able to design solution, it’s impact and testing methodology with test plans
• Must have experience on day-to-day incident tracking and resolution. Identification of issue cause, resolution and migration till production system
• Must have Strong communication (written, verbal) and customer handling skills
• Should have worked in multi-vendor environment for solutioning and on a L2/L3 support model
