Location: O'Fallon,MO (Day 1 Onsite,Hybrid).    Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description :-

Experience in L2 prod support in Unix Command/Shell Scripting and PL/SQL

Basic understanding of java based web applications support

Knowledge and troubleshooting using logs, Splunk, Dynatrace ONE or any monitoring tool

Understanding for application deployments and running/execution

Good understanding of Work Order, Incidents, Changes, RCA & Problem Management

Must Have

Strong knowledge in Unix Commands and should be able to write commands

Basic understanding of Shell Scripting

Oracle SQL - Relational Database interaction with Simple Query Language (SQL). Should have hands on experience in any Database and able to write basic queries/SP's

ITIL/ITSM Fundamentals

Logging and Monitoring basics - Splunk, Dynatrace or any tool

Cloud concepts Basics - Any cloud

Version control - TFS, GIT or any tool
