Job title: SAP MII Solution Lead

Location: Irvine, California

Duration : Long Term

 

Mandatory skills:

• Must have hands on experience with SAP MII functional design, configuration in conjunction with SAP ERP (PP-PI, MM, PM, QM, etc.) to support processes related to Order downloading, Routing, Quality, Material/ WIP inventory, Quality etc.

• Must have sound understanding of SAP MII/PCo Solution Landscape, Sizing

• Background knowledge in discrete manufacturing industries

• Exposure to Web Service / XML Processing / XSLT required

• Must understand internal working on SAP MII including but not limited to Business Logic Services, Query and Display Templates

SAP MII, Anjular JS, Oracle DB/SQL DB

• Trained or Certified on SAP MII v15

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong exposure interfacing SAP and other shop-floor systems (e.g. PLC, SCADA, MES, Label printers, scanners, barcode readers etc.) with SAP MII is required

• Exposure in Offshore – Onshore working Model

• Should possess excellent communication / client facing / problem solving skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree – Technical

• Experience of 9-12 years

 

Job Role:

• Lead requirement analysis, write functional specification and conduct functional unit and integration testing of SAP MII based middleware solution

• Will be responsible for working with Business and IT stakeholders / Center of Excellence (CoEs) to define the Solution Architecture and deliver Architecture Handbook for Review and Approvals

• SAP MII Solution Architect with Configuration/ Solution Design/ Development and implementation experience in middleware/ integration projects

• Responsible for building a Proof of Concept/ Prototype

• Potentially build a catalogue based approach for interface development
