- Onsite coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating with client on the requirement, deliverables etc.
- Responsible for Coding, unit testing, preparing test cases etc. (SDLC life cycle)
- Work with offshore team on day to day basis
- Guide onshore and offshore Developers technically and coordinate the requirements effectively
- Proactive and should be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects
- Client / Vendor interaction, responding to their requests in a timely and appropriate manner
- Status and metrics reporting
- Good communication and analytical skills
